Paceline Tandem #07

Paceline Tandem #07

Our guest for this episode is Alison Tetrick who finished third this year at the Dirty Kanza 200, inarguably one of the world’s toughest gravel events. This is the full interview we excerpted on last week’s episode of the Paceline.

Alison burst onto the gravel scene last year a relative newbie to this rough road discipline and won the event in a spectacular sprint finish with Amanda “Panda” Nauman.  This year, well, she was ultimately bested by winner Kaitie Keough and the second place Panda, but not without a fight against the elements, impending cramps, and a seriously ill-timed mechanical.

We recorded this interview via Skype three days after her finish.

    This is an outstanding interview.
It flows beautifully and naturally throughout.
It takes you inside the nature of the event and how it was experienced by Alison.
It is real and relatable (which is a real feature of all of Selene’s RKP podcast work).
