I have wondered about that myself, but maybe the carbon lay up is still thin enough that with the extra curves it adds strength and keeps the weight down. Not sure what those forks weigh but the whole bike can easily be built up to be sub 14lbs, so who’s that worried?
I have always been a fan of Pinarellos but the new ones are WAAAAY to flashy and the graphics are a little hard on the eyes. Granted the one in this pic looks pretty cool.
